[VHFcontesting] Grid Square Map

Greetings,

Does anyone on the list know if the USA Grid Map exists in a format that can be read into ArcView or ArcGIS GIS software? I have been trying to find any shapefiles (shp) or layer files (lyr) that can be displayed in the software but haven't had any luck.
