[VHFcontesting] rules

Jeepers, I never picked up on that rule.

When things were slowing down on either VHF or HF in the late evenings, I've
been settling in with a glass of nice wine to wind down with. 

No wonder I think I'm having fun just operating my station.

Coming from one who does both HF and VHF contests, I think of the
difference as the difference between drinking beer (HF) and sipping scotch
(VHF).
