you can see that there is a bit of an "inland waterway" adjacent to
the Mississippi river on the east. There appears to be some
structures with piers, probably terminals of some sort.
It requires traveling to Venice LA and using that as a jump off point
and then by boat about 5-6 miles south into the grid. To activate
you'd have to make a recon out there first to line up a boat to rent
and then see where you could actually operate from.
