[VHFcontesting] Activating FM13

I have FM13 in my logs several times. Seems like AA4R and maybe W4BFB were 
operated from there.I remember AA4R operated from FM02 on the Isle of Pines 
several years ago. He was extremely loud here in southern TN. I think the 
salt water helped his signal, as I could not work anyone inland from that 
area.Maybe next year will be a good time to activate EL58 as the sunspots 
increase.
