Out of respect, I will break from the Rover discussions to announce my plans, or more accurately, lack of RF, re the UHF Contest.

The Rovermobile is now totally stripped on the roof except for a Larson 5/8 2M whip with coax going nowhere.  The interior is gutted of desk and all ham stuff and one middle seat has been reinstalled.  Need a 6 passenger van.  Rover VE3CRU/R will not be heard, sorry to say for those hoping for the points.

Got a family of 5 arriving for 3 days Friday, from Erie PA which includes boys 4 and 5, girl 8, Mom 31 and Grandma with her German Shepherd guide dog.  Been cleaning over a week, cleaning lady arrives tomorrow, never had a family here since my wife took ill 2000 and died 2001 so this family and event is very special to me.  Don't recognize my vehicle, soon the house too.
