Public logs is a different issue.

I wouldn't mind my log being public.  However, I would bet if I happened 
to win every unique in my log would be brought to question on the 
reflectors.

I often work locals on FM during contest,  sometimes even on multiple 
bands.  The odds of these folks submitting a log is pretty slim, but I 
keep trying:-)
