[VHFcontesting] Cushcraft 2 Meter Squalo info

I am looking for the original owners installation sheet for a Cushcraft 2 
meter squalo antenna. I believe that the antenna is 300 ohms input impedance 
and that I need to construct a 6:1 balun, HOWEVER, as I recall, there was 
something special about coax types and cut lengths required specifically for 
this antenna.
