[VHFcontesting] DN02, 100W 6m useful?

Tom, thanks.  A typo.  I do mean DN02, southeast Oregon.  Is it an 
advantage to be at lower elevation?  I'm very open to suggestions as you 
know my experience is limited.  I just assumed higher is better given 
our experience at Mt Diablo when we worked the Midwest.  I'd like to 
work VUCC if possible (why not shoot for the moon?).
