I think so!

I got a few Isotemp 118 OCXO's a few years ago. They have respectable
phase-noise figures and are stable and accurate enough themselves without
being GPS disciplined in the field. I tweak them against a reference in the
"lab" (well, my kitchen table) every couple months to make sure they're
still accurate. Usually I don't have to touch them.
