[VHFcontesting] Rover to Rover Zero Pts

Calling all rovers! If rover-rover contacts are worth ZERO points, how
many of you will continue to rove?

Most rovers in the north east work many other rovers during a contest.
Entering unlimited to allow these few Qs to count is dumb as is not
counting them in the regular category. What is wrong with the present
rule of 100 max Qs with another rover for the regular rover category?
At any given time out on the road, we have 1-5 other rovers in range.
Nothing is more fun that working a VE rover across Lake Ontario in one
grid and then again the next day in two other grids. Take this away
and the enthusiasm level will plummet! Have 1/2 the rovers stay home
and see how the scores turn out!
