[VHFcontesting] VUCC Card Checking Question

Jim,

That's good advice...I've already forwarded the question to the ARRL, though 
it's pretty clear that the answer is "no".

I apologize for posting too many questions on the reflectors, I'll try to 
limit them. Thanks for the info and the advice.
