..and to add to the post below, you'll need a unique certificate for any different grid you operate from; especially important for rovers.  It's not difficult to do, but absolutely necessary.

I receive many LoTW confirmations for 6M contacts which do not include the 
grid and a few after every contest (at least) that contain the wrong grid. 
Please remember that information exchanged on the air doesn't count on LoTW.

still receive a few verifications every year that don't even include the 
other station's state.

If you are missing any of that info in your uploads please add it to the 
proper places in the TQSL program and resubmit your loggings.
