I've used the 16ft telescopic flag pole ($37) for roving from Harborfreight:

They also have a 20ft ($60) one:

They even mount the flag the same way as on those expensive poles from
UncommonFlagPoles.com. I doubt the quality is much different, but the price
sure is.
