The contest period was 2009-7-18 1800 through 2009-7-19 2100. I believe the
time/date you are trying to use is outside that range, hence the robot not
recognizing it. 

Please don't ask me how I finally figured that out ;o)))

Line ignored.
I do not recognize '2009-07-20 1428' as a valid date and time.

Yet it looks the same as in their example..? Any suggestions..? I am 
using Cabrillo 2.0 if that may be the cause..?
