Mike and the group,
here ya go, dig through this site, can't even tell you what the cost would be for the mast you may decide upon.  Bolt and secure it to a trailer add antennas and away you go.

The masts are similar to what ENG truck use.  Don't think you want to spend the coin on a WilBurt, even if you got it used, you would still not to obtain a set of O rings for the repairs.
You probably could find an ENG van somewhere, but the time an effort to get the engine/tranny, etc road worthy may not be truly worth the expense.

Hills...Those are all far more expensive than a small trailer, the insurance & registration
is a fraction of additional vehicle, it doesn't have to pass emission
testing and the general maintenance is a heck of a lot less.
