[VHFcontesting] The PSC and VHF Contesting

In my limited experience in trying to change the use of APRS from  
multi to everyone, the PSC is not too familiar with VHF contesting and  
the issues involved.

This is borne out in practice. Of all the PSC members, W4OZK is the  
only one to have submitted a VHF contest log in 2008. He submitted  
logs to the January and June contest.

One is tempted to draw the conclusion that most of the PSC don't have  
experience with what they regulating and they seem unwilling to take  
the advice of those that do, the VUAC. - Duffey
