[VHFcontesting] Changes to ARRL VHF Contest Rules

The ARRL has been cross checking logs for the VHF contests for two or three years now.  Terry is correct, if you are operating in a limited category for example and you give somone a contact on a microwave band be sure to submit that microwave contact as a check log.  If you don't, when the ARRL cross checks the logs the other guy will have that contact disallowed.  The source of that information is KX9X.
