I think we share the same thought about getting on in the contest.

I would like to see rovers encouraged to get on the bands above 432
so perhaps I could get a new grid. I still need my own grid on a couple of
bands now. The same discussion came about when the fixed stations were
allowed to be limited. It clearly discouraged the operation of the bands
above 432.

After reading some of the mail posted, I realized that the contacts I made
in September 2008 contest did not count for those that worked me. I did not
turn in the log.

Perhaps the NEW distance scoring contest that Kevin has worked so hard to
organize will come about soon.
