The logging software I use is
Tom Mayo's Roverlog:

It has all the functions that a rover needs (Not counting dupe when made 
from a new grid, correct rover scoring for grids, good dup checking and
showing who you need and from what grids, etc)

It is also very good logger for non rovers.
