I will be participating in Midwest Mania, the roving/fixed station
extravaganza arranged by Bruce, W9FZ this weekend. Thanks Bruce, for
getting this going.

Bands will be ABCDE, 100 watts on each band except 1296, where the
power is 10 Watts. Yagis on all bands, even in motion. I can listen
while in motion and will pull over to work stations that call while I
am in motion. You may need to wait a bit until I get the beam turned
around, so don't give up too soon.

I will start out from Hastings Nebraska (EN00) at W0AEN's place and
travel to the EN00/Dn90/DM99/EM09 convergence:

EN00 1800Z to 1845Z
DN90 1900Z to 1945Z
DM99 2000Z to 2045Z
EM09 2100Z to 2200Z

Then head south on Highway 283, grids DM09 and DM08 (I can make
excursions to DM99 and DM98 on request) monitoring 144.2 and 50.125
while in motion to:

EM08 0000Z to 0045Z
DM98 0100Z to 0145Z
DM97 0200Z to 0245Z
EM07 0300Z to 0345Z

I will probably overnight in Dodge City. This will be late, but not
too late.

Then in the morning, on the road early on Highway 283 monitoring
50.125 MHz and 144.2 MHz again to:

EM06 1200Z to 1245z
DM96 1300Z to 1345Z

I can make quick excursions to DM97 and DM96 on request

Again on the road, again monitoring 50.125 MHz and 144.2 MHz, to

EM05 1500Z to 1545Z
DM95 1600Z to 1645Z

South to I-40 in EM05 at 1800Z

West on I-40, monitoring 50.125 MHz and 144.2 MHz, entering DM95 at
1900Z

DM85 at 2100Z

If things are not too far behind schedule here, I may make a 20 mile
detour to south to Caprock County Park, which has good sight lines
from the east to the north, around to the west.

DM75 at 2300Z with short excursions to DM74, the road runs right along
35 degrees N in NM here. I can make an excursion to DM74 on request.

DM65Z at 0100Z to home. If there is some time, I may activate DM74 and
DM64 at the Moriarity Convergence here.

I should hit the driveway at about 0200Z

Times are approximate, and if I make this schedule I will be very
happy. It is ambitious. The usual rover caveats apply. :^)= Looking
forward to this. - Duffey
