Yes, I have that problem too. Mine is 1.5 kHz high; not bad and easy  
to compensate for when signals are adequate. When roving and signals  
are weak and nobody is exactly on frequency it is a bit of a hassle to  
deal with. It is always nice when one side of a weak signal QSO knows  
exactly where they are - Duffey
