[VHFcontesting] WSJT for random contacts in contests?

The westernmost station transmits during Sequence 1 (top of the minute). Now
remember that this isn't a LAW, it's just a recommended custom, designed to
help stations have at least some idea of when to listen for a given station
or area. So you will hear stations violating it from time to time. If you
are in the midwest, as you are, you may find yourself working stations in
both directions. In such cases, it is not necessary to change which sequence
you're transmitting on -- it just confuses people. So use the custom
intelligently.
