I don't know if that was worse than my 60 mph winds and torrential downpour
or not.
:-)

With the snow, I'm assuming the ground was frozen? The rain got into my
equipment and the ground was a mudbath. When I left the site, I had thoughts
of never entering another contest as a QRP-Portable. Now I'm thinking about
how to surmount such situations if they happen again. Anyway, good job and
glad you could work EME portable, something I only dream of.
