[VHFcontesting] [VHF] Beacon Subbands and CW

Well, given the current political zeitgist in DC, that could happen.  ;-)

But more seriously, when I first learned the 6M band plan for real
being on 6m ssb, it dawned on me that the DX window being right
next to the ssb calling frequency was a little... insane.

I guess I have enough other insanity in my life that I just accepted
it but no one familiar with usage on 6M can call that reasonable,
hence my though that we can indeed change it.

The first way is to come to a gentlemen's agreement to use something
like 5.175, and then propose this to the ARRL.

Nothing changes with someone actually doing something to start it.
