Isn't *all* use of this spectrum, "Wireless Use"? ;-)

Perhaps the better way to post this would have been under the actual 
headline of the article, which is far more accurate:

"White House Sets Plan to Free Up Wireless Spectrum" [from the current 
users - my addition...]
