[VHFcontesting] rare grids?

Hello John
    Too bad you are not bringing a 10 GHz rig. To my knowledge there has 
never been a 10 GHz QSO from any grid in Nova Scotia to anywhere.  I guess I 
should look for you between the 10th and 17th on six meters, but having a 
dipole makes contacts a rare possibility unless there is an aurora.  I was 
in VE2 late in the Es season and caught darn few openings. Other than Es, I 
heard nil, even during the CQ WW VHF Contest. I was using a vertical whip 
and a K3 100 watts.
