[VHFcontesting] Uploading VHF+ Logs from Multiple Grid Expeditions...

As one who has activated 55 grids at one time or another its now time to dig
out those logs from all those portable operations and get them uploaded.

The drawback is that YOU NEED A CERTIFICATE FOR EVERY GRID YOU HAVE OPERATED
FROM in order to upload all those grids. Something I have avoided doing but
now there is a reason too... A bit of a paid to initially set up correctly..
but once its done it will make MANY folks happy.

Look for DM17, DM18, DM19, DM27, DM28, DM29, DN00, DN10, & DN11 to be
uploaded first.... followed my the misc logs from all the grids activated as
a ROVER over the years.
