[VHFcontesting] Problem submitting 144 Fall Sprint Log

Anyone else having a problem submitting their 144 Sprint Log?

I tried twice to ottf at wbia.net, got two undeliverable messages back 
today.

This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

not reachable within the allowed queue period.

So then I tried the contest chairman, Bruce Randall WD4JQV, 
fallsprints at svhfs.org

Tried both my personal and business e-mail systems, same result, so I 
don't think that the problem is at my end.
