[VHFcontesting] VHF FM Contest Frequencies

Also find good 'test activity on these freqs 3-4 grids adj to EM97.  
Several stations usually call 146.55.

223.5 --> sometimes I wouldn't even work my own grid in the 222 Sprints 
if it wasn't for FM simplex!
