[VHFcontesting] 2012 ARRL January VHF Contest Certifictes

Hi folks-

 

As you know, ARRL has updated all of our contest certificates over the
last year. Unfortunately, the January VHF Contest certificates are
running behind due to changes in the certificate layout and printing -
the nice new design will be worth the wait, though!
