[VHFcontesting] FM Activity - More, Less, No Change?

I haven't developed any capability to go to the FM portions during the
contest, so don't go there, and cannot comment about that. 

When asking stations if they had any other bands for a contact, there was
only once when the station offered FM, and that was for 220.
