[VHFcontesting] FM contests

The Pittsburgh, PA, area has an 2 meter FM only contest each year, with
scoring based on ZIP codes. I participated in it from Steubenville, OH, one
year with a corner reflector. It was really an unexpected
pleasure to work that contest, especially the rovers
that went to different ZIP code areas.
