[VHFcontesting] ARRL Board of Directors Meets; VUAC Sunsets

And it's really a shame. The majority of our available spectrum is up at
VHF and above. There isn't near enough activity on these bands, especially
above 23 cm. I have a feeling this topic will be discussed at the annual
meeting of the Central States VHF Society this coming weekend.
