[VHFcontesting] VE3SMA chirp or FMing on 222 MHz ?

I had a single report this past weekend that I had chirp on 222 MHz CW.  Did anyone else hear this from me (or FMing on my 222 MHz SSB signal) ?  Or either of those effects on 50 or 432 MHz, which share an IF rig in my rover setup ? I'm trying to figure out if it's something I really need to look into or just a temporarily loose connection or the like.
