[VHFcontesting] CQ VHF Rules - is it allowed to activate a non home grid and not be QRP or a Rover?

Nelson, you can operate as a single op or multi-op from anywhere you want.
No limitations.

How did a comment about self-spotting turn into the annual old lady pissing
contest ? If you don't like the rules, get them changed, don't operate or
STFU.
