[VHFcontesting] Limited Rover Log

Sorry but I couldn't figure it out either.  So if you get a direct reply
please post.

I tried three times to submit a unlimited rover in January before giving up
and leaving it a check log.  The last two time I thought I was doing
exactly what ARRL said to do in emails.
