[VHFcontesting] 2014 CQ VHF Contest reminder July 19th & 20th

All certificates and plaques have been mailed for the 2013 CQ VHF contest
(in May and early June).  For 2014 there will be a new plaque for the USA 2
Meter only winner in the name of Lauren Libby, W0LD (Thanks to Don Ross,
NL7CO).

No rule changes for 2014.  Remember all stations can use passive assistance
(no self spotting) - see the assistance section in the rules for more
details.  If you have problems with your log, I will be happy to help.   If
you work anyone in the contest, please submit a log.
