Thanks to all who responded.
I have gleaned the following facts from the e-mails which I have received:
1. "Look over the "Tutorial" link at the top right and it will give you all the details" (KX4R)
2. "Click on "Filters" in the large horizontal white box to get a whole bunch of selection buttons that will drop down" (WW8RR)

I have just noted that the format look of "DX Summit" has suddenly changed to a different format and is now called "New DX Summit".
I only see a listing of a page of recent postings for all bands, but do not find a way to navigate from band to band or to spotting.
Is this an intermediate step in a complete format change OR am I just a computer dummy?
