[VHFcontesting] Self-spotting

I don't think it will turn into a spotting contest. It's too much fun to have it the other way.
I did check the map on KST for locations of E clouds. This did help. I did look at the chatter, but it wasn't of any help.

heh...  I believe I may have a chance to score a wee bit higher up the
Big Operator chain this time, because I did not burn operating time by
fiddling with a cellphone, futzing with APRS, tweetling or updating
pages on the interweb.

I  j u s t  o p e r a t e d  m y  a m a t e u r  r a d i o.

If/when it finally turns into naught but a Spotting Contest,
I'll be finished with it.
