[VHFcontesting] DEMI 1296 high power transverter....

Hello all....I have a DEMI high power 1296----28MHz transverter that I 
have decided to let go. It has the phase locked LO board, so it requires 
a 10MHz source.  The power output is 50+W out on 1296....power is 
+12VDC(nominal).  This model is rack mounted, has a large Al heatsink, 
and is stoutly constructed in all directions.

This unit cost over $800 new....I would like to get $500 for this 
transverter and I can bring it to the SuperConference at Dulles airport, 
in a few days.  HOWEVER, this thing is heavy and I don't want to drag it 
around just to let tire kickers oogle it.  It will be hard to get it 
into our luggage.  I can bring it to Dayton in a month, as I am driving 
up to Dayton.

We are leaving early on Thursday for the SuperConference, so there is 
not much time here.  If you are interested, let me know right away.  If 
you want me to bring it to Dayton, then we have more time and 
arrangements will be a lot easier.
