For those who asked, we used Hardings Beach for our FN51 rove. We did notify the Chatham Police that we would be there and had no problems. As I remember, there is a paved parking lot there. The view down the coast is wide open. The June and September contests are are the edges of the beach season so there is little conflict if any with beachgoers.
