[VHFcontesting] 2016 ARRL UHF Contest Cancelled

I agree with Ken that I too never saw any discussion on this. I am VERY 
disappointed with the decision especially as I just spent a lot of money 
last year to get on 10 ghz and was amazed at the great participation. I hope 
Sean and others will rethink this.
