[VHFcontesting] VHFcontesting Digest, Vol 159, Issue 3

I'm assuming that the ARRL cancelled only the 2016 UHF contest because they
intend to offer future UHF contests during an earlier part of the year;
possibly during a part of the year that's already passed for 2016.

One might even speculate that the league is clearing the August date so
that the entire yearly VHF+ contest schedule may be readjusted. Hopefully a
new schedule will align more closely with the 50 MHz e-skip season peak.

Also noticed is that there is more discussion on the UHF contest subject,
now that a decision was made, than there was during the comment period.....
