[VHFcontesting] VHF Rules..

I always assumed that any station not a Rover had to use only one grid
square during the contest. But the two rules quoted don't seem to preclude
using another grid square as a portable if the next grid is 150 meters
away. If you move the station into that grid, you're still within the
"original 500-meter diameter permitted" circle.

Hmm ... it IS confusing.
