[VHFcontesting] NEW ARRL "222 MHz and Up Distance Contest" rules are now on the ARRL web

Hi Zack,

Only one contact will count from each 4-digit grid, BUT several
contacts can be made to seek that greatest distance (the final one
contact that will be counted is the one both stations will use for
maximum distance).
