[VHFcontesting] 2017 VHF and up Spring Sprints Announcement

No, these are mainly weak-signal mode contests (FM is OK but I have never
worked anyone on FM in any of the Sprints). Usually a fair amount of SSB-CW
activity in them in this area. I'm hoping to have my 47 GHz station done to
try out in the microwave sprint.
