[VHFcontesting] Logging Rovers vs the log checking robots

The rover also has to remember to make a new location for each grid that they are working out of for LoTW to approach a working solution.
 
If I activate EM04, EM05, and EM06 then I have to create locations for (as I name them) NL7CO/EM04, NL7CO/EM05, and NL7CO/EM06 or they won't work right either.  Then I have to break dow the logs to show the appropriate contacts for each of those grids.
