[VHFcontesting] This weekend VHF contest

My understanding is that Rover is a separate category from Single Op
FM only, and if someone operates from more than one grid square, they
are in the Rover category and compete with other Rovers regardless of
mode. There is no FM Only category for Rovers.

Does this seem right?
