[VHFcontesting] Coordinating uW

Right now I'm using an FT290rII and an FT790rII for IF radios. They aren't
equipped with an internal keyer. Not a big deal, I have a few keyer kits
around that I just didn't get a chance to build out before June. I'll add a
switch to ground the dah side and we'll be off and running.
