[VHFcontesting] FT8 contest mode incompatibly

I looked through the manual for the general availability release of JTDX and could not find any mention of NA VHF Contest Mode.  Not sure about the latest evaluation version...I didn't see a manual.  Apparently JTDX has a better decoder for FT8 (some swear it provides double the decodes) so there may be some good reason to choose it (and perhaps then be blissfully unaware of contest mode).
